About PB&J Publishing

Founded in late 2022, PB&J Publishing Ltd is a husband-and-wife-run design, print and publishing studio based in Worcestershire. We offer a complete range of services including graphic design, branding strategy, marketing support, print services, and publishing for small to medium-sized businesses.
With a combined 33 years of marketing experience, we’re passionate about helping local businesses and community projects share their news, grow their brands, and promote their products and services effectively. We provide a mixture of in-house printing to ensure fast turnaround and quality control, and also work in partnership with an award-winning external printer for our publications to guarantee a superior finish.
When advertising in one of our publications we collaborate with you on every aspect of your marketing strategy including graphic design, copywriting, and proofreading. We will help you emphasise your call to action, implement performance tracking metrics, and always ensure your artwork is print-ready with the correct resolution.
Over the past two years, we have built strong relationships with specialist local media distributors, enabling us to create targeted distribution models that combine door-to-door delivery, media stands, and bulk drops. By working with them to map delivery routes at street level, we prioritise reaching ABC1 households, and detailed reporting with GPS tracking ensures transparency and the best possible results for our clients.
Meet The Team
Paul Blyth
Studio Director, Founder, CEO
Paul is our senior graphic designer, specialising in branding and brand identity. With over 25 years in the industry managing design studios, he oversees every stage of production from concept to print. His deep expertise spans both digital design and print media, and at one point he managed up to 12 publications simultaneously – meeting an impressive 117 deadlines each year! Paul combines his marketing knowledge with his design skills to create strategic, impactful designs that connect with their audience. In his spare time, he writes content for Zatu.com and enjoys playing video games with our sons.

Jess Blyth (née Ronan)
Sales & Account Manager, Founder
Jess has a background in digital marketing and retail management, which she uses to manage all our advertising enquiries and client accounts. She's passionate about community enterprises, and has worked to set up a Community Shop and Post Office in our village, as well as running our local village hall, and providing design & print services to a number of local fundraisers and charities. When she's not running around after our two young boys she can be found in the kitchen cooking up a plant-based storm!

Dr Gerry Ronan
Chairman
Dr Ronan is the company's acting Chairman, mentoring the business from a background of running corporate, SME and start-up businesses. Gerry has helped form over 120 companies in the past, several of which he has sold and many of which he continues to Mentor. He is also on the Advisory Board of BetaDen on the Malvern Hills Science Park working to expand economic activity in the region. He has been working with PB&J Publishing to ensure we have a simple, credible and scalable business model for our company.
